The Program Committee of the 2016 IEEE/WIC/ACM International Conference on
Web Intelligence (WI'16) invites proposals for tutorials in all areas
related to Web Intelligence, its foundations and applications. Web
Intelligence 2016 will be collocated with another top-quality international
conference: Brain Informatics & Heath 2016 (BIH'16), in order to bring
together researchers and practitioners from diverse fields with the purpose
of exploring the fundamental roles, interactions and practical impacts of
Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Information Technology, in particular,
connecting network and brain with big data. The tutorials will be held at
Hilton Omaha on October 13th, 2016.

The main objectives of the WI-2016 tutorial sessions is to stimulate and
facilitate active exchange, interaction and comparison of approaches, methods
and ideas related to diverse areas of Web Intelligence. Each tutorial subject
will focus on new and emerging research challenges related to the themes of
the conference. The tutorial should provide an informal and vibrant forum for
researchers and industry practitioners to share their research results and
practical development experiences in the field. The aim of the tutorial should
be to provide the participants with an opportunity to discuss specific technical
topics in an atmosphere that fosters active exchange of ideas. Tutorial can
typically focus on topics aligned to or specified in general call for
contributions but may not be restricted to those. All areas focusing on
theoretical and applied aspects of Web Intelligence are welcome.
