THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND SERVICE SCIENCE

Industrial Engineering Department of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya, Indonesia in collaboration with Department of Decision and Information Sciences at the Charlton College of Business, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (USA) organize The 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Service Science (IESS 2013) in Surabaya, Indonesia in August 20-22, 2013. This conference brings together leading scholars, researchers, teachers and practitioners examining the blend of Industrial engineering discipline and service science and their impact in today’s business organizations. This conference will provide a forum for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and recent developments in the field of Industrial Engineering and Service Science. It is also expected to foster networking, collaboration and joint effort among the conference participants to advance the theory and practice as well as to identify major trends in Industrial Engineering and Service Science.

The IESS 2013 conference is cross disciplinary. We are inviting academics, researchers, and practitioners to submit case studies of practice, theoretical papers, empirical studies and other papers that address any topic within the broad areas of Industrial Engineering and Service Science.
