Oral and paper abstracts are now invited on the following topics. They should be submitted using the online abstract submission system. Abstract Submission Deadline: 4 June 2021

Studies dealing with viruses, bacteria, parasitic protozoa, fungi and helminths of medical, veterinary or agronomical relevance, related to the following general themes:

Micro-and macro-evolution
Experimental evolution
Co-evolution between hosts, pathogens and vectors
Genetics and Genomics
Host genetic susceptibility to transmissible diseases (humans and animals), pathogenesis
In-silico evolution
Mathematical modelling
Molecular diagnosis, epidemiology and taxonomy
Proteomics
Population genetics, population genomics, phylogenetics, phylogenomics, phylogeography
