Call For Papers

We are delighted to welcome you to the 15th International Hydrocolloids Conference (IHC) which will take place from 2-5 March, 2020 in Melbourne, Australia. We have an exciting program of plenary and invited speakers, contributed papers and posters.

You are invited to submit an abstract to the 15th International Hydrocolloids Conference (15th IHC), which will be held in Melbourne, Australia on 2-5 March, 2020. Abstracts should be submitted using the online abstract submission system.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for oral presentations is 13 September 2019. Authors will be notified of the submission outcome, and any submissions for oral presentation that cannot be accommodated in the program will be offered a poster presentation.
