Call For Papers

Photonics is the science and technology of harnessing light and its properties. As a field, it finds applications across domains as diverse as communications, sensing, computing, quantum phenomena, biomedical engineering, amongst many others.

The IEEE Photonics Society, India is proud to announce the second Workshop on Recent Advances in Photonics (WRAP) 2015, which is being organized jointly with the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. WRAP 2015 will highlight recent advancements and applications of Photonics through invited talks by national and international experts and peer reviewed contributory poster papers, which will be included in IEEE Xplore. The workshop will also feature events to commemorate the ongoing International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies (IYL2015).
