International Conference on CADCAM, Robotics and Factories of the Future 2013
Twenty five different international institutions have hosted (globally) the CARs&FoF conference since this prolific platform’s conception in 1984. The 27th CARs&FoF 2013 Conference will return to London for the second time to be hosted by Middlesex University during July 2013. ISPE CONFERENCES The International Society for Productivity Enhancement (ISPE) was founded in 1984 in the USA with the goal to accelerate and augment the international exchange of ideas and scientific knowledge in the field of technological applications. The primary aim is to integrate technologies, strategies and resources to enhance productivity, competitiveness and thereby improve the quality and standard of life. ISPE has been promoting research and education by organising conferences, training workshops and seminars and various other professional activities. Among others, the primary aim of ISPE is to unite, on a common platform, policy makers researchers, people from academia, engineers and users of CAD/CAM, Robotics and Automation, and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. Middlesex University was the host organiser for the 12th CARs&FoF in 1996. MIDDLESEX UNIVERSITY Middlesex University is a UK based university with campuses in London, Dubai, Mauritius and India. It offers a wide ranging subjects and has a student population of 37,000 globally, 22,000 of which are based in the London campuses at Hendon and Trent Park.
