Call For Papers

We invite scholars and researchers from all over the World to submit papers to The Brazilian Journal of Law, ISSN 2237-583X (Qualis A1 - among the best evaluated Law Journals in Brazil). The Journal requires that the authors have a Phd (or JD) degree (or, at least, that 50% of the authors has such a degree).

The Journal receives mainly papers on Constitutional Procedure and Judicial Review, from both Brazilian and foreign authors, but publishes also articles on many subjects concerning Law and Jurisprudence.

Although our website is currently only in portuguese, we publish articles in English, French, Italian and Spanish as well, without the need of translating it.
