The 2014 FTRA International Symposium on Information and Communications Technology (ICT 2014) will be held in Zhangjiajie, China, May 28-31, 2014.
ICT 2014 will be the most comprehensive symposium focused on the various aspects of advances in information and communications Technology(ICT).
The ICT 2014 will provide an opportunity for academic and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and progress in the area of ICT.
In addition, the symposium will publish high quality papers which are closely related to the various theories and practical applications in ICT.
Furthermore, we expect that the symposium and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject.

Paper Submission and Publication

Submission guideline
-----------------------------
There will be a combination of presentations including scientific papers. Prospective authors are invited, in the first instance, to submit papers for oral presentations in any of the areas of interest for this symposium.
First, authors should submit a extended abstract with 2 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.
After closing the symposium, the authors should submit regular paper with 5~6 pages for the Life Science Journal publication.


Proceeding and Publications
-------------------------------
First, all accepted extended abstract will be included in a symposium proceeding.
After closing the conference, all accepted regular papers in ICT-14 will be published by Life Science Journal (indexed by EI and SCOPUS).
**No showers' papers will be NOT included in the SI**.

In addition, some best papers (extended version) will be recommended for Special Issues of Intl' Journals (indexed by SCI/E).
