Submissions, written in English, will be reviewed by the conference review committee. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and posted on the conference's web site, unless authors choose not to have them published. Authors of a limited number of papers will be invited to make an oral presentation during the Conference program. All presentations may be recorded and posted on the conference web site. Authors will be notified of committee decision as soon as a decision is reached and before March 29, 2013.
