Introduction
The Conference series on Social Computing is the premier international forum for research on information and communication technologies that consider social context. The program will be two tracks of oral sessions with posters. Paper Publications Top 5% accepted papers will be published in the ASE Human Journal. The rest of accepted papers will be included in the ACM Digital Library.
