The NICS 2021 is an International Conference on Information and Computer Science, technical sponsored by IEEE and co-organized by Le Quy Don Technical University, and the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) of Vietnam. The proceedings of NICS 2021 will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere.
