Current Issues of Education in European Context. Findings and Prospects
The Second International Symposium, 2013.

"Gheorghe Şincai" National College from Baia Mare together with The Maramureş County School Inspectorate and The House of the Teaching Staff Baia Mare cordially invite you to take part in The International Symposium „Current Issues of Education in the European Context. Findings and Prospects”, second edition, April 2nd and 3rd, 2013.
The symposium is open to all students, teachers, faculty, and representatives of local communities who are interested in the evolution of the young generation and the development of education in the context of globalisation and worldwide economic crisis.
It aims to support the development of analytic and synthetic skills as well as to stimulate the creativity of those invloved within the context of the manifold challenges of the contemporary world.
We welcome paper submissions on the following topics:
1. Pedagogical strategies and resources
2. Educational management
3. Folk traditions and customs
4. Junior symposium: welcomes papers written by students related to the ample topic of the symposium.
All papers submitted will be published on CD with ISSN, therefore we kindly ask you to respect the following format:
- Length: maximum 8 A4 pages (margins: left – 2,5 cm, top and right – 2 cm, bottom – 2,4 cm);
- Written in Microsoft Word with Times New Roman, aligned left, font size 12, line spacing 1,5;
- Title: centred, font size 14, caps, bolded;
- Language: English, French, Italian or Romanian.
- Name, position and work place of author(s): under the title, aligned right, font size 12, bolded;
- Works cited at the end of the paper.
- The paper will be accompanied by the registration form (please find below).
The papers should have no more than 2 authors.
