Call for Papers
--------------- The first International Workshop on Data Management (IWDM 2013) will be held on September 10, 2013 in conjunction with the ICDIM 2013 Conference that will take place from the 10th to 12th of September 2013 in Islamabad, Pakistan. The IWDM workshop aims at providing a forum for presentation of the latest research results, new technology developments, and new applications in the areas of Real-time Data Processing, Data Warehousing, Data Mining and Business Intelligence. Topics ------ The topics in IWDM 2013 include but are not confined to the following areas. - Metadata management - Data management in clouds - Data quality and cleansing - Business Intelligence over streaming data - Data stream processing - Data capture in real-time - Performance and scalability - Real-time decision support - Tuning and management of the real-time data warehouse - Data warehouse evolution - ETL for the real-time data warehouse - Data mining and data analysis in real-time - Real-time business activity monitoring - Real-time OLAP - Real-time operational data stores - Knowledge management and engineering - Staging - Visualization Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research work which is not being considered for publication in any other forum. Workshop Proceeding ------------------- All the accepted papers will appear in the proceedings published by IEEE and will be fully indexed by IEEE Explore.
