ARGUMENTATION
Throughout the last 14 years, the International Conference of Quality Management in Education and Training Systems (CIMQUSEF) has evolved into an internationally renowned scientific event, and an unavoidable annual meeting, allowing researchers and experts from all over the world to address issues Quality and issues related to Education, Training and Scientific Research.
In 2018, and within the framework of the strategic orientations of Morocco, CIMQUSEF'14 has set itself the central objective of addressing the major issues that challenge the future of the African continent. To this end, the Moroccan Association for the Improvement of the Quality of Education (AMAQUEN), and the Research Group in Organizational Management (GREGO) of the Cadi Ayyad University, have agreed jointly, To put on the agenda of CIMQUSEF'14 the theme of the role of Education Systems, Training and Scientific Research in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs2030) and those of the Agenda 2063 for Africa.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or the 17 targets of Agenda 2030, highlight the willingness of UN member countries to take action to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, and The establishment of peace and prosperity among humans. According to Helen Clark, UNDP Administrator, "SDGs offer us a common agenda to address some of the critical challenges facing our world, such as poverty, climate change and conflict." Recognizing that such a program can not succeed without sustained support, especially for developing countries, she wishes to ensure that "UNDP can draw on its experience and expertise to accelerate progress and help Countries on the road to sustainable development ".
Africa, which as usual is committed to honoring its international commitments, projects beyond 2030 by developing its Agenda 2063, which reflects a common will to propel the continent into the ranks of the world's economic powers through Of the fulfillment of seven aspirations.
It is within this contextual framework that this 14th edition, under the theme "Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2063 for Africa: Roles of Education, Training and Scientific Research Systems" Aims to initiate exchanges around experiences and reflections, covering both the sphere of Management Sciences and Management by Quality in general, and that of Economic and Social Sciences and Exact Sciences.
The aim of this edition will be to raise awareness among researchers and practitioners on the issues related to the challenges of Education, Training and Scientific Research systems, in close relation with the challenges of achieving sustainable development goals 2030 and Agenda 2063 for Africa.
It is principally a matter of federating the institutional, scientific community and professionals to reflect collectively on the central issue of this 14th edition of CIMQUSEF'14 ": What are the strategies and levers of actions that should enable the Education, Training and Scientific Research Systems to contribute fully to achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (MDGs) and those of the 2063 Agenda for Africa? ".

CIMQUSEF'14 SERVING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA
The 17 SDGs and the 7 aspirations of the Agenda 2063 constitute the central axes of the conference. In this regard, participants in CIMQUSEF'14 are asked to provide answers to the following questions:
What are the main characteristics of sustainable development in Africa?
What are the factors that can hamper the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in Africa? And what are the challenges to boost African performance in achieving these goals?
What are the characteristics of the African Education and Training Systems that could help the continent to better realize the SDGs and the objectives of Agenda 2063?
What is the role of Scientific Research in the operationalization of SDGs and Agenda 2063?
How to accompany the progress of the achievement of the SDGs and the Agenda 2063?

AXIS OF THE CONFERENCE
In order to provide answers to the proposed issues, the papers expected could address the topics related to the general themes of the Conference. They can also address the specific themes of the Agenda 2063 for Africa.

The human and organizational dimensions of the African Education Systems;
Entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship in Africa;
The practice of economic intelligence in African governments;
Internationalization of African Universities;
The accompaniment of African countries in achieving SDGs;
Innovative collective approaches to CSR;
The policies of initial and continuing training in African enterprise;
The impact of information systems on the achievement of SDGs;
The integrated approach to SDGs and Agenda 2063;

 Axis 3: Specific themes for Agenda 2063 for Africa;
1 / A prosperous Africa based on inclusive growth and sustainable development;
2 / An integrated continent, politically united and based on the ideals of pan-Africanism;
3 / An Africa of good governance, respect for human rights, justice and the rule of law;
4 / A peaceful and secure Africa;
5 / An Africa with strong cultural identity, values and ethics;
6 / An Africa whose development is people-driven, unleashing the potential of its women and youth;
7 / An Africa as a strong, united and influential global player and partner.

TYPES OF CONTRIBUTIONS
The call for papers is open to all researchers and practitioners who have conducted research or expertise related to the three proposed axis.
All papers will be scientifically evaluated and those meeting the publication criteria will be published in the international journal "The Journal of Quality in Education".
This 14th edition of CIMQUSEF is also an opportunity for PhD students to present their research work, and discuss in particular the methodological choices and the empirical validation. In the doctoral workshop, the doctoral student will have 30 minutes: 15 minutes maximum for the presentation of his research work, 10 to 15 minutes for exchanges and debates.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Authors who wish to contribute should send their contributions by e-mail to: (cimqusef14@amaquen.org) with a copy to (amaquen@gmail.com). They are also invited to submit their proposals on the conference website: cimqusef.amaquen.org
Maximum number of words for abstracts: 250 words, (without including abstract title or other information).
Maximum number of words for complete articles: 2500 words, (without including the article title or other information).
Here are the elements you will be asked:
Name, first name and e-mail of all co-authors;
Institution / organization of attachment;
Title of communication;
Keywords: 3 to 5;
Selected form: Poster or oral communication;
Selected thematic axis (1, 2 or 3) ;
Abstract of the communication setting out the basis and intentions of the communication ;
Three bibliographical references at least (not counted as signs).

The abstract will be problematized and will show interest in the theme of the conference. If it is a scientific communication, the epistemological and methodological references will become clear. The presence of an empirical approach is also used as an evaluation criterion.
Contributions may be submitted in English, Arabic or French. If accepted, they will be presented in their language of submission. Contributions must be in Word format.
Each submitted paper will be notified by e-mail, including a reminder of the standards to be respected.
References should be included at the end of the text.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
- Authors should send abstracts of their contributions by 17 November 2017.
- The opinions of the Scientific Council on the abstracts will be communicated to the authors before 15 December 2017.
- Authors must send full versions of their contributions by February 23, 2018.
- The opinions of the Scientific Council on the full versions will be communicated to the authors before 16 March 2018.
- Authors must send full final versions of their contributions by March 30, 2018.
- The authors will present papers accepted on April 25, 26 and 27, 2018, according to the final program of the congress.


REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees cover the cost of documentation, coffee breaks and lunches. The fees are as follows:
Student : 75 euros *
Teacher-researcher : 125 euros
Professional : 200 euros

* For Moroccan participants, the conversion rate used is 10 Dhs for each euro.
