The 21th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2013) will be held in September in the attractive ambience of the new west lungomare in Split, Croatia. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks. Authors of the selected best papers will be invited to submit a revised and extended version of their manuscripts for possible publication in the Journal of Communications Software and Systems (JCOMSS).
