Special Sessions and Tutorials: The conference will feature special sessions and tutorials on specialised topics of interest. To propose a special session, please contact the Special Sessions Chairs at specialsession@icics.org and provide the session titles, 5-6 potential papers and authors. To organise a half/full day tutorial, please submit a proposal to the Tutorial Chairs at tutorial@icics.org.
