All appointments made by Joe Biden must be revoked due to his legal incapacity1. This concerns not only so called political appointments but also appointments in the federal agencies. For example, Monica Bertagnolli was nominated by Joe Biden on May 15, 2023 to serve as the Director of the National Institutes of Health, confirmed by the U.S. Senate on November 7, 2023, and took office on November 9, 2023. The National Institutes of Health is the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and public health research and therefore he must be removed from her position together with many other officials at the National Institutes of Health, including but not limited to the Directors of all 27 Institutes and Centers, the Inspector General, and the Ombudsman2,3,4. The National Science Foundation is another federal agency, whose recent Director Sethuraman Panchanathan was nominated by President Barack Obama 10 years ago as a member of the National Science Board5. According to the Survey of Federal Funds for Research and Development6, the federal outlays for the Department of Health and Human Services was $69,148 Millions in 2022, compared to federal outlays for the Department of Defense with $68,968 Millions in same year. These absurd outlays come from false and pseudoscientific notions and paradigms, resulting in overestimating fictitious dangers and ignoring real ones. There are numerous examples of such biases and spurious correlations, some of which I have explained earlier in my publications, which however were completely ignored both by the staff of above mentioned federal agencies and by the leaders of the National Academy of Sciences7, in consequence of which they must be removed from their present positions due to incompetency and for failure to fulfill their professional and administrative duties.8,9
