The dark continent arrived once again its historical three-legged intersection point, that may become a point of no return, and from there Europe will roll in one direction: either fascism and political terror or a revolution or neither nor. The ambitious task of the announced conference is not to kick so. in the crotch or to assist at a birth but rather to fathom and to inaugurate the third way, a new European paradigm.

All scholars and intellectuals are invited to participate in this event and to submit their propositions.
