Call For Papers

We invite researches and scholars to submit their papers for the conference to be held on February 25th, 26th 2014. Papers, which must be written in English or French, should not exceed 6 pages, using the IEEE standard template including title, authors name, affiliation and e-mail address as well as a short abstract.
