The 13th International Conference on Language, Communication & Society (LCS2026) in Kuala Lumpur invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit abstracts and papers on “Language, Identity, and Power in a Digitally Connected World.”

This interdisciplinary conference explores the influence of digital platforms, AI, globalization, and migration on language and society, providing a platform for original research, published articles, dissertations, and research abstracts. We welcome individual paper presentations, panel sessions, round table discussions, performances, short films and posters. Your participation in LCS2026 may be under the following categories (Original research paper, published article, short video, Dissertation/PhD thesis, Research abstract)

Abstract submissions for LCS2026 are accepted while presenter slots are available or by 30 May 2026 at the latest. Each submission will be carefully reviewed, with acceptance or rejection determined based on multiple criteria. Notifications of acceptance will be sent within 5 days, giving international delegates ample time to prepare for this leading conference on Language, Identity, and Power in a Digitally Connected World.
