The UAE University is organizing the 3rd “International Conference on Renewable Energy: Generation and Applications” ICREGA’14 to be held in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This conference aims at gathering scientists and engineers from academia and industry to discuss the latest techniques in the broad field of renewable energy applications.

The Technical Program Overview:
Authors are invited to submit full papers describing original work in all as-pects of engineering techniques related to renewable energy and its appli-cations covering the following topics but are not limited to:
► Solar Photovoltaic and Thermal Energy
► Wind Energy Systems
► Fuel Cells Systems
► Biofuel
► Other Sustainable Energy Sources
► Energy Storage Systems
► Electrical Energy Market, Management and Economics
► Intelligent Energy/Power Transmission and Distribution
► Energy Efficiency in Utilization
► Environmental Issues
► Energy Harvesting for Autonomous and Biomedical Applications
► Green Buildings
► Nano-energy

Submission:
Authors are invited to submit papers in pdf format (6 pages, double column, single spacing) according to the IEEE two-column paper format. The paper template can be downloaded from the conference website. Submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Up to 15% of the conference papers will be issued in a special edition of the ELSEVIER, Renewable Energy Journal.

Workshops, keynote lectures and Invited sessions:
The Conference will include workshops and keynote lectures.

Poster Session:
It gives us great pleasure to invite graduate and undergraduate students to submit a poster presentation of their work to the 3rd ICREGA’14. Students should submit maximum two-page summary of their poster by January 1, 2014 to Dr. Mohammed Abdel-Hafez:
