13th International Conference on Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction (IHCI-21), Kent, Ohio, USA, Dec 20-21, 2021. (https://www.ihci.cs.kent.edu/).
The theme of this year's event is "Intelligent Interaction beyond Physical Limits" and the event format will be a hybrid of virtual & on-site due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The IHCI-2021 is inviting high-quality papers addressing research challenges in special issues.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least two regular TPC members and one senior PC member.
The decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation.
