2023 13th International Conference on Electronics Information and Emergency Communication (ICEIEC 2023) will be held on July 14-16,2023 in Beijing, China.The conference is sponsored by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and IEEE Beijing Section.The conference is intended as an international forum for researchers and professionals in all areas of Electronics Information and Communication Network Technology. All papers must be written in English and will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference.
