10th International Conference on Testbeds and Research Infrastructures for the Development of Networks and Communities June 23–25, 2015 Vancouver, Canada www.tridentcom.org ------------------------------------------- SCOPE ------------------- TRIDENTCOM 2015 invites technical experts and researchers from academia, industry and government from around the world to submit high quality papers concerning testbeds and research infrastructure for advanced networking, cloud computing, cyber physical systems and connected vehicles. Of particular interest are: 1) testing, verification, deployment, integration, management and federation of testbed facilities and 2) experimental research based on testbed implementation of novel schemes. TOPICS ------- Topics of interest for TRIDENTCOM 2015 include, but are not limited to: Network Testbeds for Cyber Physical Systems and Applications - Smart Homes, Smart Health, Smart Grids and Green Cities - Connected Vehicles, Internet of Things, & Industrial Control Systems - Big Data and Cloud Computing - Next Generation Service Oriented Architectures & Web 2.0 Services Network Testbeds for ICT Infrastructure - Wired, Wireless And Optical Communications Testbeds - Ubiquitous Virtualized Network And Sensor Testbeds - Experimental Facilities For Grid Computing, P2P And Overlay Testbeds - Software-Defined Network Testbeds - Future Architectures (Data Centric Networking, Mobility First, etc.) Testbed Methodologies, Techniques And Tools - Configurable Hardware/Software Platforms for Testbeds - Testbed Operations, Management and Governance - Cross-Layer Federation of Testbeds - Global Coordination Of Large-Scale and Heterogeneous Testbeds - Methodologies and Tools Of Testbeds Performance Evaluation - Testbed Virtualization and Scalability - Tools For Interoperability, Benchmarking and Traffic Measurements - Experimental Facilities For Large Scale Testbeds - Experiences With Testbed Operation WORKSHOP/TUTORIAL/DEMO PROPOSALS -------------------------------- A proposal to organize a workshop should include the following information: (1) the title of the workshop, (2) name, affiliation and contact details of the organizer, (3) an abstract of no more than one page describing the motivation and aims of the workshop and the target audience and how they will benefit, (4) a workshop chair and a tentative list of participants / speakers, (5) the expected duration of the workshop. Workshop sessions are expected to last from 90-120 minutes, but a workshop may comprise multiple sessions. MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION --------------------- Manuscripts should be no more than 10 pages in length. Submissions will be reviewed anonymously by at least 3 reviewers and will be judged on originality, correctness, clarity and relevance. Submissions must be original work, and may not be under consideration for another conference or journal. Complete formatting and submission instructions can be found on the conference web site. Submission of a paper implies agreement of the author(s) to attend the conference and present the paper if accepted. PUBLICATION ----------- Accepted papers will be published in ACM Digital Library. Selected papers will be published in the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Internet of Things.
