The Privacy and Access Council of Canada (PACC) annually presents events across Canada in recognition of Right to Know Week, to further citizens' awareness and engage in discussion about access to information rights and responsibilities. This year’s theme will consider The Future of Access to Information in Canada and will offer a multi‑part framework that includes educational materials, events, and the involvement of academic, government, and industry leaders across the country.
PACC is an independent national non‑profit non-government association and the leading organization in Canada that is dedicated to access and privacy in both the private sector and the public sector. As the Canadian centre for excellence in information privacy and access to information, PACC also engages in outreach efforts to advance awareness about access to information and data privacy in Canada.
