Call for Special Track Papers on “Modeling and Analysis of Information Security (MAIS’2014)”

Modeling and analyzing security requirements is a fundamental phase during a system conception and implementation. This special session is focusing on security mechanisms related especially to the access and flow control and on mechanisms of detecting, analyzing and resolving attacks.

All aspects related to managing security policies (negotiation, interoperability, modeling...) are in the scope of this track. Researchers are invited to submit scientific contributions dealing with security aspects related to emergent domain like big data, cloud computing, RFID...



Topics of interest include (but are not limited to)


* Access control
* Privacy
* Modelling security policies in information systems
* Attack methods
* Security in RFID
* Security in cloud computing
* Information flow control
* Interoperability and negotiation mechanisms
* Formal security methods
* Digital content protection
* Security and big data
* Security requirements



Submission Guidelines:



Prospective authors are invited to submit their draft paper (5-7 pages, single space, Times Roman font size of 10 to 12) using the Easy Chair web site: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mais2014 .

All papers will be peer reviewed. If accepted, at least one of the authors must attend the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. The first page of the draft paper should include:

- The title of the paper
- Name, affiliation, postal address, E-mail address, and telephone number for each author
- The name of the author who will be presenting the paper (if accepted) and a maximum of 5 keywords

Authors of accepted papers will be provided instructions on how to submit their Camera-Ready papers (in MS Word or PDF format) to the conference website. Papers must conform to IEEE style guidelines.

Notification of Acceptance: May 10, 2014
Camera Ready Paper Due: May 25, 2014



Author Registration: May 25, 2014
