Paper Submission
All submissions to the conference should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 5 printed pages including Figures, Tables without incurring any additional page charges. And authors can extend their submissions maximum 2 pages with over page charges.
Authors should abide the following guidelines while in the manuscript submission:

1)All the papers will be double blind peer reviewed for scientific quality by the reviewers and the Technical Program Committee.
2) Papers must be submitted electronically, in pdf,doc and docx format only.
3) All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing.
4) Authors should follow the IEEE Plagiarism policies
Manuscripts submission using EDAS: Authors are instructed to submit their manuscripts via EDAS. It is only the authors' responsibility to ensure that the author list and the paper title of the submitted pdf file is an exact match to the author list and paper title on the EDAS registration page. In EDAS registration page submitting author must include names of all co-authors. Authors list in an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.

Upon Acceptance Notification, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presented.

If the paper is not presented at the conference, the IEEE has reserved the right to exclude the paper from distribution after the conference.

Duly registered and accepted papers only will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library when presented in the Conference.
