The ICAAI2014 is a forum for the presentations of recent advances in research and/or technology in agriculture and agro-industry. It is expected to bring together scientists, experts, researchers, students and entrepreneurs to discuss the latest scientific developments and current issues on fresh produces, novel processes and health products.


Publications:
Full paper submitted will be reviewed by the reviewers assigned by the academic committee of ICAAI2014 conference. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the research journals as follows; the authors of 60 selected papers will be invited to extend their papers in the International Food Research Journal (IFRJ). The rest of the accepted full papers will be published in the Journal of Food and Agricultural Technology (JFAT).

• Food nutrition
• Bioactive compounds

Submission Method:
Authors are required to submit a short abstract (a maximum of 350 words) and a full paper (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion and References) in English including figures, tables and photos (a maximum of 6 pages) in Microsoft Word.
