Following of successful ILDC 2013 in Shiraz, Iran, the 2ndinternational conference of ILDC (Iran Lighting Design Conference) will be held in Tehran, Iran 19-21 November 2014.
The theme for the conference is Lighting Design for all and the main aim of the event is to bring together all those interested and involved in Lighting Design - no matter their professional background.
The conference will offer an opportunity to create a broader platform for professional
lighting designers, students, researchers in lighting design and related disciplines to share and exchange their knowledge and ideas.
So, we encourage the submission of papers not only from professionals but also those who might not conventionally see themselves as ‘Lighting Designer’. Students and Researchers are actively encouraged to participate. Papers may focus on either research or practice, i.e. case studies, in both good and emerging best practice which will contribute towards better understanding how we might work together to add greater value to light of our environments.
Selected conference papers will be published in a special edition of Armanshahr (ISC
Journal) and in Conference Proceeding.
This three-day conference comprises:
Keynote Speakers, oral paper presentation, poster presentations, workshops, a manufacturers’ exhibition, and a Gala Dinner.
