Call For Papers

In recognition of the ever-increasing importance of finding effective and peaceful resolution to disputes, the Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR) Programme at City University of Hong Kong School of Law is proud to host an international Symposium aimed at discussing and promoting Best Practices for Dispute
Resolution Teaching and Learning. The purpose of the Symposium is four-fold: 1) discuss the DEC integration into the LLMArbDR Programme; 2) share best practices for dispute resolution course design, delivery, and assessment; 3) discuss ways to implement innovation in ADR teaching and learning; 4) publish and/or disseminate the findings from the Symposium to the local and international community in order to encourage knowledge sharing and implementation.
