Conference Theme: “Innovative Communication and Sustainable Development in ASEAN”
Conference Dates: 9-10 July 2015 Conference Venue: National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok Thailand Conference Host: Graduate School of Communication Arts and Management Innovation, National Institute of Development Administration www.gscm.nida.ac.th The conference organizers invite participants to consider the theme of “Innovative Communication and Sustainable Development in ASEAN” in across different topics and disciplines from communication arts, media, culture, creative industries, marketing, public diplomacy, performing arts, designs, technological innovation, and human rights to be named but a few. Of particular interest is the awareness use of the communication patterns for promoting a sustainably social development in ASEAN. Programs Day 1: Keynote Speaker: To be announced Presentation Sessions: Session A: 10.00 – 12.00 Session B: 13.00 – 15.00 Day 2: Keynote Speaker: To be announced Presentation Sessions: Session A: 10.00 – 12.00 Session B: 13.00 – 15.00 Areas for consideration include background papers, but not limited to, the following: Communication Management Creative Industries Communication Entrepreneurship Creativity for Communication Technological Innovation for Communication Communication and Information Technology Marketing Communication Social Marketing Communication Social Media Communication Policy International Communication Public Diplomacy Political Communication Interpersonal Communication Speech Communication Contemporary Issues in Communication Human Rights Health Communication Religious Communication Environmental Communication Development Studies Social Sustainability Social Entrepreneurship Advertising Public Relations Media Literacy Graphic and Comic Arts Performing Arts as Communication Celebrities and Artists as Mediums Aesthetics of Communication Guidelines for Submissions Submit 150-250 words of an abstract in English, including positions, affiliations, email addresses and mailing to the conference secretary Dr Wichian Lattipongpun Email: asean.conference.2015@gmail.com Authors are also invited to submit full papers of maximum 8,000 words in length including references. Papers should be in 12-point type, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins and formatted in APA6th reference style. All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings (ISBN) once you have registered for the conference. Please note that all submitted abstracts and full papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process. Any submission you make comes with the professional expectation that you will present that work as a registered attendee at the conference if it is accepted by the conference.
