The MAICS conference traditionally serves as a forum for all areas of Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science and Computational Intelligence, Fuzzy Logic, Computational Linguistics, Brain Computing, Automation, Reasoning, Recognition, Learning, and Philosophy of Mind. The main goal is to promote fascinating science and engineering solutions to the next generation -- young researchers and students.

Participation of undergraduate and graduate researchers is especially encouraged. The fact that only a limited number of papers are accepted and well established scientists give plenary lectures make this conference a very special event. In recent years MAICS has also attracted a significant interest from international participants.

Papers in all areas of Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Science are invited. Submitted papers may present significant final results or describe interesting research in progress. All submitted papers are peer reviewed for the proceedings publication and conference presentations. Graduate students and junior faculty are especially encouraged.
