Dear Colleagues:

The School of Communication at the University of Havana and the Latin Union of Political Economics of Information, Communication and Culture (ULEPICC) call for the participation in the VIII International Meeting of Information and Communication Investigators and Scholars (ICOM 2015), and the IX International Congress of the Latin Union for Political Economics of Information, Communication and Culture (ULEPICC), joint events that will session from December 7th to 11th 2015 at the Palacio de Convenciones in Havana, Cuba.
