2017 RISP International Workshop on Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing (NCSP’17)
Hyatt Regency Guam, Guam USA, February 28 - March 3, 2017 http://www.risp.jp/NCSP17 Organized by Research Institute of Signal Processing (RISP) http://www.risp.jp In cooperation with IEICE Engineering Sciences Society (ESS) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 2017 RISP International Workshop on Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing (NCSP'17) will be held at Hyatt Regency Guam, Guam, USA, during February 28 - March 3, 2017. The NCSP’17 is a series of NCSP, but covers the field of communications as well as those of nonlinear circuits and signal processing. The venue is close to the sea; ideal for having the workshop in a tropical mood. The workshop is open to researchers from all over the world. In particular, the organizing committee encourages students to present their preliminary results that are not necessarily ready for publications in technical journals. Papers describing original works in all aspects of Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing are invited. Technical Scope: Possible topics include, but are not limited to: Acoustic Signal Processing, Adaptive Systems, Ad-hoc Network, Bifurcation, Biocybernetics, Bioinformatics, Bio-signal processing, Bio-Inspired Networks, Blind Systems, Chaos Neural Networks, Circuit Simulation, Circuit Theory, Communication Systems, Complex Systems, Computer Vision, Control Systems, Cryptosystems, Data Compression, Data Mining, Detection, Estimation, Evolutional Computation, Fuzzy Systems, Image Processing, Image Recognition, Information Security, Medical Applications, Modeling, Neural Networks, Optical Communications, Sensor Network, Optimization, Oscillation, Power Electronics, Speech Processing, Speech Synthesis, Speech Recognition, Synchronization, Video Signal Processing, Virtual Reality, Watermarking, Wireless Communications. Paper submission: Authors are invited to submit 1-page summaries in PDF or Postscript format through the symposium home page. After the acceptance, authors will be required to submit the final paper (4-page maximum) for the workshop proceedings. All correspondence will be via e-mail. No hard copies will be accepted. At least one author of each paper must register for the workshop for papers to be included in the program. For more information, please visit the workshop home page or contact the workshop committee: URL: http://www.risp.jp/NCSP17 Special Session Proposals: Special session proposals should include title, rationale, session outline, contact information, and a list of invited papers. Proposals should be emailed to tpc17@ncsp.jp. Important dates: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deadline for Special Session Proposals December 1, 2016 Deadline for 1-page summaries December 15, 2016 Notification on acceptance January 1, 2017 Deadline for author registration January 15, 2017 Deadline for camera-ready papers January 15, 2017 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Special Issue on Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing The Journal of Signal Processing announces a forthcoming Special Issue on Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing to be published in November, 2017. The Workshop Committee is pleased to invite attendee of the workshop to extend their papers and submit them for inclusion in Special Section on NCSP.
