MOTIVATION AND GOALS
The Software Engineering for Mobile Devices Track of ACM RACS 2015 is dedicated to research advances in areas of software engineering methods and development processes for mobile devices. Researchers and industrial experts are encouraged to submit a paper to review by the Program Committee. TOPICS Researchers and industrial experts are invited to submit original papers preferably in the following areas of software engineering for mobile devices: • Requirements engineering for mobile devices • Software design for mobile devices • Architecture design for mobile devices • Software testing for mobile devices • Software engineering tools and methods for mobile devices • User Interface design for mobile devices • Software maintenance for mobile devices SUBMISSION Original submissions (up to 6 pages) from research and practice in the following categories are welcome: • Competition papers describing a solution idea to the topics described above • Technical solution papers describing original research results • Vision statements explaining strongly explorative ideas • Experience reports that give insights in existing practice and potential in areas of software engineering methods and development processes for mobile devices Papers must describe original work that has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere. Submissions must be written in English and formatted according to the ACM formatting instructions. See RACS2015 submission page for more details. Submissions will be managed through Easychair. All papers will be fully refereed and undergo a blind review process by at least three referees. All accepted papers will be published as an ACM proceeding and will be included in the ACM Digital Library. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in several International Journals as a special section for the RACS 2015.
