Call For Papers

EVENT DESCRIPTION: This second annual NGS 2015 Nordic Conference takes place at the Medicon Village in Lund, is organised in partnership with the Lund University Cancer Centre.

This year’s event will bring together leading genomics researchers and clinicians who use technologies such as NGS in the analysis or diagnosis of human diseases. Speakers will discuss their latest genomic research in rare diseases and cancer as well as specific application areas such as Exome/Genome Sequencing, RNA Seq, Epigenetics and analysis of limiting sample amounts. Whilst advances in these areas are being made and indeed will be discussed at the conference, the usual data analysis and storage bottlenecks remain and delegates will hear how some of these issues are beginning to be solved.
