Theme of Session:
The main aim of this special session is to cover most recent advances in connected vehicles, V2V communications, and VANET. Topics, such as standardization and communications security, are covered. Furthermore, mobility solutions that provide communication technologies and mobile services, which enables users to access resources and share information freely, anytime anywhere. The emerging trends of mobile network communication, the ever more powerful mobile devices, with the back-end resources of the cloud, making the user fully location independent. The special session is convergence of mobility, computing and information organization, services and management. Reviews and surveys of the state-of-the-art are also welcomed.

2. Only papers presenting novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.
