Special Issue Introduction
Deep learning has emerged as a powerful tool in various domains, including healthcare and biomedical research. In recent years, its application to cancer research has shown great promise in advancing our understanding of the disease, improving diagnostics, personalized treatment strategies, and patient outcomes. The Journal of Cancer Metastasis and Treatment is pleased to announce a special issue focused on "Deep Learning Applications in Cancer Research," inviting researchers and experts to contribute their original research, reviews, and perspectives. Scope and Topics of Interest: This special issue aims to explore the diverse applications of deep learning in cancer research and foster the dissemination of novel methodologies, techniques, and insights that have the potential to revolutionize cancer diagnostics, treatment, and patient care. We encourage submissions that cover, but are not limited to, the following topics: ● Deep learning models for cancer detection, classification, and prognosis; ● Deep learning approaches for medical imaging analysis in cancer diagnosis; ● Deep learning-based biomarker identification and prediction; Deep learning for tumor segmentation and quantification; ● Integration of multi-modal data for improved cancer diagnosis and treatment.
