Call for papers:

* Prospective authors are invited to submit electronically 4-page papers in English.
* The papers should report original work and applied ideas, including experimental results. All papers will be reviewed. Each accepted paper will be published in the conference Proceedings.
* The papers have to be presented at the conference.
* The AE Proceedings will be submitted in the IEEE Xplore® database.
* The organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
* The conference language is English.
