It is now 12 years since the European Conference on Management, Leadership and Governance was established. This event has been held in England, Croatia, Austria, Cyprus to mention only a few of the countries who have hosted it.

The conference is generally attended by participants from more than 35 countries and attracts an interesting combination of academic scholars, practitioners and individuals who are engaged in various aspects of management, leadership and governance.

ECMLG 2016 is being held at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, Romania on 10-11 November. The Conference Chair is Florinda Pinzaru.
