The 2016 International Conference on Frontiers of Intelligent Computing: Theory and applications (FICTA ) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioners to exchange and share their theories, methodologies, new ideas, experiences, applications in all areas of intelligent computing theories and applications to various engineering disciplines like Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical , Mechanical Engineering etc. This is the 5th edition of the series. Prior to this other four editions were organized by BEC, Bhubaneswar and NIT Durgapur respectively. The idea of this series was conceived by few eminent professors and researchers of primer institutions of India. The first Edition of this, FICTA 2012, was organized by Bhubaneswar Engg College ( BEC), Bhubaneswar and after successful completion of this next one FICTA 2013 was also hosted by BEC. Due to its popularity and wide visibilities in entire country and abroad, FICTA 2015 moved to prestigious NIT, Durgapur to make a mark in India.
This year, FICTA 2016, is planned to be organized by a world class University, KIIT, Bhubaneswar, the temple city of Odisa. Similar to earlier conferences, FICTA 2016 Proceedings will be published in the SPRINGER- Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing (AISC) series (Pending Approval) and submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink ** for indexing. \ Prospective authors are invited to submit paper(s) not exceeding 8 pages written in A4 size and as per the Springer format on any one of the conference topics. The proceedings will be published by Advances in Intelligent and Soft Computing series of Springer (Pending Approval). Papers describing original work in, but not limited to, the Intelligent Computing : Theory and applications to following topics are enthusiastically encouraged. Prospective authors are invited to submit paper(s) not exceeding 8 pages written in A4 size Areas: Ubiquitous Intelligence and Computing Web Intelligence and Computing Swarm Intelligence Mobile Computing Sensor Networks and Social Sensing Wireless Mesh Networks Wireless Networks Management Wireless Protocols and Architectures Multi-Agent Systems Human-Computer Interaction Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery Knowledge Management and Networks Data Intensive Computing Architecture Resource Management and Scheduling Intelligent E-Learning Systems Smart Environments and Applications Genetic Algorithms Evolutionary Computation Soft Computing Machine Learning Neural Networks Pattern Recognition Intelligent Control Optimization Nonlinear System and Control System Theory and Control Theory Video and Image Processing Internet Security Control system Signal Processing Power system Communications ( this is just illustration but not limited to) |
