2024 9th International Conference on Communication, Image and Signal Processing (CCISP 2024), which is co-organized by Sichuan University and Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering (APISE), technicailly sponsored by IEEE Northern Australia Section, supported by IEEE Chengdu Section, South China University of Technology,and media supported by Journal of Xidian University, Study on Optical Communications, Internet of Things Technologies, Telecommunication Engineering, GUANGTONGXINJISHU, Modern Electronics Technique, Journal of Information and Intelligence. CCISP 2024 conference will be held in Gold Coast, Australia from Nov. 13-15, 2024.

This conference is aimed at providing a platform for all researchers and engineers to share ideas, highly developed skills and successful practices to others. The conference will last for 3 days with the reception to be held on the first day to meet and mingle with conference chairs, session chairs and other participants.


●Publication and Indexing
1) All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore(ISBN: 979-8-3503-5665-6)subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope
and quality requirements. The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after
publication.

2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals.

●Speakers
Prof. Boon-Chong Seet, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand
Boon-Chong Seet received his B.Eng, M.Eng, and Ph.D degrees from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 1999, 2001, and 2005, respectively. Upon graduation, he joinedthe Singapore-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alliance (SMA) Programme as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore. Since 2007, he is with the Auckland University of Technology,where he is currently a full professor and heads the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE). He founded and led a wireless research group in the Department for five years, before itsuccessfully transformed into a larger School-wide Centre for Wireless and Intelligent Systems Engineering (WISE) where he served as Director. He also co-founded the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society(VTS) New Zealand North (NZN) Chapter where he served as Vice-Chair for five years. In 2023, hestepped down to assume the Deputy Director role for WISE, when he stepped up to become the NZNChapter Chair for IEEE VTS. His research activities span the fields of info-communication technologies (ICT), with a focus on sensing, computing, and communication technologies for smart systems. He is the author of over 175 publications with a Scopus H-index of 27 and Google H-index of 33. He has supervised 10 PhD and 4 ME thesis students to completion as primary supervisor.

Prof. Chee-Kong Chui, National University of Singapore, Singapore
Chee-Kong Chui is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He received his B.Sc. (Hon) and M.Sc. (By research)degrees from NUS, and his Ph.D. degree from The University of Tokyo, Japan. Chee-Kong is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Co-Chair (2019-Present) of the Technical Committee (TC) on Cyber-Medical Systems of IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) Society. He served as Chairman (2015-2016) and Committee Member (2014 and 2017-2018) of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine & Biological Society (EMBS) Singapore Chapter. Since 2014, he has been a Board Member of the Asian Society of Computer Aided Surgery. There are aspects of mechanics, electronics, computing, and medicine in his over 20 years of R&D career in universities and research institutes. His current research focuses on
intelligent cyber-physical systems and their applications in healthcare and manufacturing.

Prof. Rongshan Yu, Xiamen University, China
Dr. Rongshan Yu received his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with minor in Applied Mathematics from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China in 1995, and the PhD degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS, Singapore) in 2004. He is currently with the Department of Computer Science, Xiamen University as a professor, and vice-director of the National Institute for Data Science in Health and Medicine, Xiamen University. His research interests include high-throughput multi-omics data analysis, precision medicine, and medical artificial intelligence. He has more than 180 journal/conference publications and holds more than 20 US/International patents.Dr. Yu was a member of the Technical Committee of the Multimedia Systems and Applications of the IEEE Circuits & Systems Society, and chair of Internet of Thing (IoT) Special Interest Group (SIG) of IEEE Signal Processing Society. He served as standard project editors of ISO/IEC 14496-3/AMD.5 (MPEG Audio Scalable Lossless Coding) and ISO/IEC 14496-5:2001/Amd.10 (SSC, DST, ALS, and SLS reference software), and associated editors of IEEE Transactions on Audio, Speech and Language Processing and IEEE Access. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). In 2007, he received the National Technology Award, Singapore in 2007 in recognition of his contributions to international standards.
