The first Accessible İzmir Congress was held in 2013 and the second is being organized in 2016. It is our pleasure to invite you to the International ACCESSIBLE İZMİR 2016 that will be realized by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, with the organization of İZFAŞ.
The congress with the main theme of 'Local Policies Oriented To The Participation Of Disabled To Social Life' will be held on November 2-5, 2016 at Fuarİzmir.
In regard to the arrangements of the congress: a Common Understanding Meeting was held by the participation of NGOs, chambers, associations, universities, public establishment representatives where proposals and ideas were shared to constitute the basis of the congress.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CONGRESS
The main objective of the congress, the local policies oriented to the participation of disabled to social life: to survey at local, national and international level; seeking out the solution ways and opportunities to realize diverse and beneficial practices on Izmir example; debating non discriminative life conditions in the city.

Announcement of recognized presentations and Workshops : June 10, 2016

REGULATIONS FOR SUBMISSION
Submissions will be accepted only through bilgi@engelsizkongre.org e-mail address.
Deadline for the abstracts of poster presentations and workshop proposals is May 6, 2016 -speakers being exceptional.
Submissions and poster proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
The submission form should be filled according to the choice of application (i.e. Workshop Proposal or Poster presentation)
The Scientific Committee could advise oral presentation depending on the number of applicants and the specifications of the annunciation.
Upon the condition of presenting more than one poster or workshop proposal, the applicants are expected to send them separately.
The poster and workshop proposals will be published over the web site upon their recognition, on June 10, 2016.
The abstracts of poster and workshop proposals should be maximum 250 words; the proposals are expected to contain summary in Turkish and in English, the title, maximum 5 key words (Turkish and English) and information about the writer (i.e. name, institution, e-mail etc).
