SAINTCON 2016 - CALL FOR TRAININGS

The Call for Trainings for the upcoming SAINTCON 2016 conference is NOW OPEN!

SAINTCON is an annual hackers conference held Provo, Utah on October 11-14, 2016.

SAINTCON is now accepting “TRAINING” submissions. A general “Call for Papers” will occur in mid-may. If you are a skilled trainer and would like to participate in SAINTCON 2016, please visit the official call for trainers information site: www.saintcon.org/cft

[ SAINTCON OVERVIEW ]

SAINTCON is an annual “Hacker Conference” entering its 15th consecutive year. The conference was created in 2001 by the UtahSAINT Organization. The conference provides an opportunity for attendees to receive quality security training and instruction from skilled and well-know security professionals. SAINTCON is a hackers conference with a casual and family-friendly atmosphere.

Born from the need for security training and instruction. SAINTCON started with a focus on local academia and government needs. The conference has grown into the largest security conference in the intermountain-west and continues to expand its offerings and focus.

The conference continues to evolve as it grows, and this year we are providing an opportunity for formal training to be a part of the conference. We are looking for great trainers who are willing and able to share their skills and experience with our attendees.

[ CALL FOR TRAININGS ]

Call for Trainings is now open. If you have interest and a proven ability to provide quality courseware and instruction, we would be happy to consider your proposal.

SAINTCON is offering a flat-rate for providing the training + a per-student premium. Both amounts will be negotiated after the training is accepted, and are based on content, experience, and topic.

The conference will cover all venue related costs, and provide food/drinks throughout the day. Trainers will receive free admission to the conference, and will be responsible for their own travel costs unless arrangements are made with SAINTCON prior to final acceptance.

For all details about this Call for Trainings, please visit the SAINTCON CFT Details site.

NOTE: We are only considering trainings at this time. A formal call for papers for general content will open in the middle to late May 2016.
