Call For Papers | |||||||||||||||
The ARM Research summit is a one-of-a-kind forum for the presentation and discussion of topics that would shape the digital world as we know it. The goal of the summit is to bring together innovative researchers that span domain and global boundaries from both industry and academia for technical exchange. In the previous summit, participants enjoyed the close interaction between academic and ARM researchers across disciplines -- we aim to expand the networking opportunities this year, and foster cross-discipline partnerships and collaborations.
We invite provocative talks that will promote discussions and lively debate among peers. The primary agenda of the summit is the discourse of ideas in varying degrees of maturity. To this end, there will be no peer-reviewed proceedings for the summit, and no need to submit a paper to give a talk and/or participate at the summit. Submission Guidelines: If you are currently working on, or have an interesting new idea that you would like to talk about, and get instant peer feedback, the ARM Research Summit is the place to be. Expert researchers at ARM will review every submission. A successful talk at the Summit is one that inspires cross-silo discussions among experts gathered, and thereby translates into a collaborative project that may or may not include ARM. The submission should include the two items: (1) Outline: A brief overview of the key points in your talk to give the reviewer a sample of your presentation at the Summit. We strongly encourage all authors to refer to the template [insert link to the template file] for specific points to address on each slide submitted for review. Please submit a PDF version of the file without animations. NOTE: This template is for the review process ONLY. Accepted submissions are free to use any format to present at the Summit. (2) Abstract: A 200 word high-level abstract of the talk. Please note that since specific points can be addressed and presented better in the presentation file, this space can be used to present additional information that would help the reviewer asses the proposed talk. NOTE: Every submission should be associated to at least one of the topics [link to topics list]. In the submission site, please select the topics that your talk relates to the most.
