The purpose of this e-mail is to invite you to participate in the 2017 Workshop on Collaborative Robots (CoRob), which is organized by Manuel Xicoténcatl Pérez, Arturo Lezama León, José Miguel Liceaga Ortiz de la Peña and Rubén Oswaldo Hernández Terrazas from Polytechnic University of Pachuca. CoRob will be held in Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico on March 29-31, 2017, in conjunction with the main conference The Eight International Conference on the Applications of Digital Information and Web Technologies (ICADIWT 2017).
Robotics to been evolving to the extent that technologies are increased, and since the population will multiply in 2060, thus the number of services, so it is imperative to count on the support of partners, as is the case Robots, which will give way to another type of entity such as automata (agents). However, you will need to have specialized techniques to ensure that such mechanisms can communicate with each other, to perform work together, which is now looking for them to work collaboratively. So it will seek logic – reasoning to interact with more than one robot at a time, cases where promotes these techniques, we have with infrastructure intelligent and multi agents, distributed systems, dynamic routing, systems dynamic, autonomous systems, and significantly in design patterns of behavior of such systems by machine-machine communication. 1. Topics The proposed workshop will address the following themes, but not limited to: • Artificial Intelligence • User Interfaces and Human computer interaction • Neural networks • Classification and pattern recognition • Nonlinear signal processing • Computational Intelligence • Robotics and automation • Theory of computation: agents • Computer communication network • Software engineering, programming and operating systems • Information systems applications • Image processing and computer visión • Distributed systems • Control, robotics, Mechatronics • Operation research • Decision theory • Computer graphics • Communication engineering • Pattern recognition • Simulation and modeling • Computer Science • Biomedical engineering 2. Authors information The accepted full papers will be published in the IOS series (Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications (FAIA)) and submitted for inclusion in many indexes. The papers will be indexed in many databases as given at http://www.frontiersinai.com/?q=indexing 3. Important dates Extended Submission deadline: February 12, 2017 Notification of Acceptance: February 28, 2017 Camera-Ready Submission: March 05, 2017 Author registration: March 05, 2017 Workshop and main conference dates: March 29-31, 2017 4.
