1st International Workshop on Enterprise Information Systems in the Cloud (EISC-2010) at ICEIS 2010

Cloud computing services have turned out to be increasingly successful. Enterprise software providers make more and more intensive use of the cloud computing model and start delivering their solutions to customers, either as hybrid on-demand/on-premise or as on-demand offerings only. This creates challenges and opportunities from a technology and business perspective, for both, the software providers and their customers.

Thus, the goal of this interdisciplinary workshop is to bring together researchers and practitioners in order to explore the issues and challenges related the design, development and use of cloud services in the context of enterprise information systems in the future.
