Submission stages and dates:
Title and abstract submission 16th July 2017
Notification of abstract acceptance 04th August 2017
Full paper submission 15th September 2017
Notification of paper acceptance 01th October 2017
Security clearance number submission and fee payment* 12th October 2017
Confirmation of presence (including scanned receipt of payment) 16th October 2017

* Authors will make the payment only after paper acceptance message.

PAPER SELECTION:
the international scientific committee will consider all abstracts received within the submission deadline;
all the authors will receive a notification of abstract selection;
all full papers received by the submission deadline will be double-blind reviewed by members of the international scientific committee;
an author can submit two papers at the most (maximum four authors/article);
for authors whose language is not English we strongly recommend that you have your work proofread (preferably by an English native speaker or specialist).

Submission details:
The title and abstract of the paper(s) will be submitted by the author(s) by completing a Registration form and emailed to: conference@crmra.ro
The full paper(s) will be submitted as a DOC file(s) to: conference@crmra.ro
Papers will be published in the Conference proceedings, in electronic form, with ISSN.

400 lei or 87 Euros/2 articles
Registration Fee Includes
access to all conference panels or workshops
a conference portfolio (including a book of abstracts, an electronic copy of the conference proceedings on a CD or USB Flash drive and the conference program);
refreshments during coffee breaks;
a place at the conference cocktail which will take place Thursday on the 9th of November 2017;
PAYMENT DETAILS:
The conference fee is payable in advance in the account number RO71INGB0000999903471942, swift code INGBROBU, opened to the ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam - Subsidiary Bucharest, in the name of the "Prietenii DRESMARA" Association.
Please specify CoDRM Conference fee in the bank form and make sure that some banks subtract bank commissions from the money sent. The tax conference of 250 lei or 55 Euros does not include the bank commissions, which are in charge of the sender.
The scanned receipt is to be sent as attachment to the confirmation template by 16th October 2017.

SECURITY CLEARANCE :
According to the military publishing houses publication regulations, the participants from Romanian Ministry of National Defence structures are required to sent a security clearance issued by your institution, certifying that the article is releasable to the public. As a result, participants are kindly asked to provide us the number of the security clearance, withouth which the publication of the paper can not be finalized.

PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION :
In order to establish the final agenda, please do not forget to confirm your presence, no later than the 16th October 2017. Please be aware that the certificate of attendance/presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented.
