2011 15th International Conference on Intelligence in Next Generation Networks (ICIN): “From Bits to Data, from Pipes to Clouds” 4-7 October 2011, Berlin, Germany Software-driven, context-aware services delivered and composed in the cloud and on smart devices will continue to transform the user experience and the ICT industry landscape. ICIN 2011 will bring together technical and business innovators from the ICT industry to share their insight and experience of the technology, service and business transformation ahead. ICIN 2011 has the goal of evolving fruitful relationships between new and established trends in order to cross-fertilize both of them. A further objective is to influence discussions between different stakeholders about how to leverage existing network and platform assets to enable the future convergence of telecoms, IT and media into an open Internet of Knowledge. ICIN 2011 invites submissions of papers or demonstrations from telecom operators, internet service providers, over the top companies, content providers, web companies, user communities and developers as well as from established telecommunication and networking vendors or new companies in the ICT realm that contribute to the on-going discussion from their specific standpoint putting forward requirements, solutions and innovative perspectives whose focus is users and the fulfilment of their requirements. We would be pleased to receive your review manuscript submission for ICIN 2011. Review manuscripts should be submitted via http://edas.info/N9791. ** Topics of Interest ** Submissions that reflect new thinking and offer new perspectives on future or current evolution of services, terminals and platforms or ecosystems and business models will be favoured. A short (50 word) abstract is required on registration of the submission.
