ATNAC 2014 is technically sponsored by IEEE Communications Society. The papers
will be archived in the IEEE Xplore digital library. ATNAC 2014 will be held in conjunction with the Engineers Australia Convention 2014 (www.convention.org.au) Paper Submission Now Open : http://edas.info/N17883 Full paper submission deadline : 1 June 2014 With the increasing number of emerging robust networks, the challenge to design new networking protocols and techniques are never ending. With the imminent deployment of 4G and other emerging technologies, the demand for better service and quality has never been greater. ATNAC has been the international forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss topics related to advanced telecommunication network technologies, services and applications. Novel contributions are presented in the form of keynote speeches by international experts, peer-reviewed technical papers, and posters. ATNAC 2014 seeks to address and capture highly innovative and state-of-the-art research from academia, communications industry and standardization bodies. ATNAC is an international conference for the presentation of research outcomes covering timely and relevant aspects concerning optical, wired and wireless telecommunication networks and applications. Contributions are welcome on all advanced research and particularly (but not limited to) on the following topics: 1 Networks and Management - Broadband Network Management - Network Operations 2 Internet Technologies - Emerging Technologies - Emerging Applications - Quality 3 IPv6 Mobility and Vehicular Networks - Mobility Management and Topology Control - Location-Based Services - Mesh Networks 4 Mobile Cellular and Wireless Networks - Access, MAC, Routing, Transport Protocols - Cognitive and Cooperative Principals - Inter-working, Integration and Convergence 5 Network-Based Applications - Services and Quality 6 Optical Communications - Next Generation Broadband Access Networks - Next Generation Optical Networks - Optical technologies 7 Wireless Sensor Networks - Access, MAC, Routing, Transport Protocols - Body Sensor Networks - Reliability and Resiliency 8 Energy Efficiency and Sustainability PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts, neither submitted nor accepted for publication in any other workshop, conference, or journal. Papers must be formatted according to IEEE guidelines and style files to fit within 6 pages, including references, diagrams, and appendices if any. A submitted paper must be self-contained and in English. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers. For further guidelines, authors can refer to IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings in http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html Authors are invited to send the manuscripts through http://edas.info/N17883 All papers are allocated up to six A4 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings. You can submit a seventh A4 page, but this carries an extra page charge of AUD200. Papers exceeding seven pages will NOT be accepted by EDAS.
